The Parol Kit
Our Parol Kit makes it easy for anyone to make a traditional, five-pointed star lantern made of bamboo sticks; just like how it was done in the old days.
Bamboo is native from the Philippines; naturally flexible and strong. They are specifically selected for quick and easy parol-making. They are cut in flat strips about 18 inches long, 1/2 inch wide, and about 1/32 of an inch thick.
Our kit includes ten pre-cut bamboo sticks, three sheets of Japanese rice paper, ample string, and
a page of simple and easy-to-follow directions on how to make your own parol. The paper is more than enough to cover the entire parol, plus some to make the tassels and other decorations.
NEW! We now offer a pre-wired cord set that is ready to install. It includes 7-ft cord, a plug, switch and socket. (Bulb not included)

- Money Orders or Personal checks. All payments should be in U.S. Dollars only. We will ship as soon as your payment clears.
Notes
We do not accept C.O.D. or cash. We will not be responsible for cash lost in the mail.
Illinois Sales Tax
All orders shipped to Illinois addresses must include a 6.25% sales tax. Sales tax is not collected on shipments to recipients outside of Illinois.
