Pansit Pack serves 5-6 persons. Contains: 3 packs Vemicelli noodles (for making Pansit Bihon, 227g each); 2 packs rice noodles, (for making Pansit Palabok, 250g each); 1 Pansit Canton mix; 1 rice sticks mix (Bihon); 1 Palabok mix.

How to Cook Pansit Bihon Guisado

Soak noodles in lukewarm water for 10 minutes, then drain. In a casserole or wok, heat peanut oil and sauté, starting with garlic, then onion and then the chicken and shrimp. Add the mix and some vegetables while stirring. Add chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add pancit bihon and mix until stock completely evaporates, but not too dry. Add soy sauce, black pepper and your favorite spices. Serve hot with sliced lemon or calamansi.

Pansit Palabok

Boil rice noodles in 4 cups water with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes or till noodle is cooked (do not overcook). Strain the noodles and place on a plate. Prepare Palabok mix (follow instructions on packet) and pour over noodles, then garnish with slices of hard boiled eggs, and chopped scallions, shrimps, crabmeat or chicharon grinds.
